This recipe is been highly requested. Since the day I post some pics HERE people have asked me to post the recipe, and finally here it is. Sorry for such a late posting, but I'm super busy with school and everything else. These cupcakes are so delicious and I promise, once you make them you'll never stop. The reason I didn't put any topping tonight is that I used some soften vanilla ice-cream, but I will soon post some topping recipes and you can combine them as you wish. The procedure is really simple, just make sure to not over-mix otherwise you will end up with a tough dough and you don't want that. Try them and let me know !!!
Kjo recete ka qene tej mase e kerkuar. Qe nga dita qe postova disa foto KETU njerezit me kane kerkuar te postoj receten, dhe me ne fund ja ku eshte. Me vjen keq per nje postim kaq te vone, por kam qene shume e zene me shkolle dhe cdo gje tjeter. Keto cupcake jane shume te shijshem dhe ju premtoj qe sapo ti gatuani njehere, nuk do te ndaloni kurre. Arsyeja pse une nuk kam vendosur asnje dekorim siper sot eshte sepse perdora akullore me shije vanilje te zbutur, por se shpejti do te postoj disa receta kremerash dekorues persiper qe ju ti kombinoni sipas deshires. Procedura eshte shume e thjeshte, duhet vetem te siguroheni qe te mos e rrihni me shume se sduhet brumin, perndryshe do te perfundoni me nje brume shume te forte dhe ju nuk e doni kete. Ingredients for chocolate cupcakes:
- 113 gram butter, room temperature
- 150 gram sugar
- 55 gram brown sugar
- 1 eggs
- 96 gram dark cacao powder
- 128 gram flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 188 ml buttermilk
Perberesit per cupcakes me cokollate :
- 113 gjalp jo i kripur, ne temperature dhome
- 150 gram sheqer
- 55 gram sheqer kaf
- 1 veze
- 96 gram kakao e hidhur
- 128 gram miell
- 1/4 tsp kripe
- 1 tsp ekstrakt vaniljeje
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 188 ml dhalle
Line a muffin tin with liners and set aside
Shtro mbi nje tepsi cupcake-sh letrat e tyre dhe vendose menjane
In a small bowl, combine the flour, dark cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and set aside
Ne nje tas te vogel perziej se bashku miellin, kakaon e hidhur, baking powder, kripn dhe lere menjane
In a large bowl cream together the butter and both sugars until creamy and fluffy
Ne nje tas te madh perziej se bashku gjalpin e embel dhe te dy llojet e sheqerit derisa masa te jete kremoze dhe me "gezof"
Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix in together
Shto vezen dhe ekstraktin e vaniljes dhe perziej se bashku
Add the dry ingredients and mix just until they are almost all incorporated
Shto perberesit e thate dhe perziej vetem derisa ato te jene perzier pothuaj te gjitha se bashku
Add the buttermilk and mix everything quickly so you don’t over mix
Shto dhallin dhe perziej gjithcka shpejt ne menyre qe te mos e perziesh me shume sec duhet
Give the final stir with a spatula
Jepi doren e fundit me nje spatul
Using an ice cream scoop, fill 3/4 your muffin liners
Duke perdorur nje luge akulloreje, mbush letra e cupcakeve deri ne 3/4
Baking Temperature : 176 grade C, Timing : about 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center of a cupcake
Temperatura pjekjes : 176 grade C, Kohe-zgjatja : per rreth 18-20 minuta ose derisa kunja e dhembeve te dale e paster kur ta ngulni ne qender te cupcake
Let them cool 5-10 minutes in the muffin tin and after removing them from the tin let them cool completely
Lerini te ftohen 5-10 minuta ne tepsine e cupcake-ve dhe pasi ti hiqni nga tepsia lerini te ftohen ploetesisht
I put some vanilla ice-cream on top, i was great combo
