This recipe is one of the easiest and quickest. All you need to have is some bananas, honey, almonds, a lemon or orange and here you have an awesome dish. The combination is perfect and the beauty of is that you can put as much or as little of every ingredient, it's up to you. So what are you waiting?!
Kjo recete eshte nje nder me te shpejtat dhe te thjeshtat. Ju duhen vetem disa banane, mjalte, bajame, nje limon apo portokall dhe ja ku keni nje pjate te mrekullueshme. Kombinimi eshte perfekt dhe e bukura qendron se sasine e cdo perberesi mund ta shtini sipas deshires suaj. Pra, c'po prisni?!
- bananas
- honey
- unsalted almonds
- 1 small lemon or orange (I'm using orange)
- cinnamon
- ice-cream to serve (vanilla or chocolate preferably)
Perberesit per bananet e pjekura :
- banane
- mjalt
- bajame jo te kripura
- 1 limon ose portokall i vogel (une po perdor portokall)
- kanelle
- akullore per ta servirur (preferohet me shije vaniljeje ose cokollate)
Peel the bananas and put them in a baking pan covered first with baking sheet. You can cut the bananas horizontally if you want to, but I prefer them as they are. It's really important for you to put a baking sheet because otherwise honey will stick in the baking pan and it will be really difficult to remove the bananas

Pour honey over bananas, you can put as much or as little as you want.
Derdh mjaltin mbi bananet, sasia eshte ne doren tuaj
Squeeze the little lemon or orange over the bananas
Shtydh limonin ose portokallin e vogel mbi bananet
Add the unsalted almonds. The amount is up to you, but I'm telling you more is better.
Shto bajamet jo te kripura. Sasia eshte ne doren tuaj, por po ju them sa me shume as me mire.
Baking Temperature : 250 grade C, Timing : about 20 minutes (or until bananas are cooked)
Temperatura pjekjes : 250 grade C, Kohe-zgjatja : per rreth 20 minuta (ose derisa bananet te jene gatuar)
During baking the honey boils but as you can see the bananas are not fully cooked
Gjate pjekjes mjalti zien por sic mund ta shihni bananet jane ende nuk jane pjekur totalisht
This is a picture to help you out if you can't tell when the bananas are cooked. As you can see the honey is turned into brown color(light brown, in some places darker) and bananas have doubled their volume. Yes they swell and then their volume falls. At this point, turn off the oven and leave them in for 2 minues.
Kjo eshte nje foto qe do t'ju ndihmoje nese nuk dini te kuptoni kur bananet jane gatuar. Sic mund ta shikoni mjalti eshte kthyer ne ngjyre kafe (kafe te hapur dhe ne disa vende me te erret) dhe bananet e kane dyfishuar volumin e tyre. Po ato fryhen dhe me pas volumi i tyre bie. Ne kete moment fikni furren dhe lereni 2 minuta brenda.
As you can see the bananas volume has fallen.
Sic mund ta shihni volumi i bananeve ka rene.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and put it again in the warm oven for about 5 minutes
Sperkat me kanelle dhe fute perseri tepsine ne furren e ngrohte per 5 minuta
