Crepes (Basic Recipe)


We all love crepes and do buy them for breakfast, lunch, snack or even for dinner. But why not cooking in our own kitchen and enjoy the work? And with this recipe you don't need the crepes pan, all you need is a regular frying pan you have home! So don't think it twice but cook it.

Ne te gjithe i pelqejme krepat dhe i blejme(konsumojme) per mengjes, dreke, zamer dhe pse jo per darke. Por pse te mos i gatuajme ne guzhinen tone dhe ta shijojme punen? Dhe me kete recete nuk ju duhet tigani i vecante i krepave, ju duhet vetem nje tigan i thjeshte qe ju ndodhet ne guzhine! Prandaj mos e mendoni per se dyti, por gatuajeni. 


Ingredients for basic crepes recipe:
  •  3 large eggs or 4 small
  • 150 gram flour
  • 30 gram sugar 
  • a touch of salt
  • 375 ml milk
  • unsalted butter
Perberesit:
  • 3 veze te medha ose 4 te vogla  
  • 150 gram miell
  • 30 gram sheqer
  • pak kripe
  • 375 ml qumesht
  • gjalp jo i kripur 
 Put the eggs in a large bowl and whisk 
Vendos vezet dhe rrihi
 Add milk and stir
Shto qumeshtin dhe perziej
 Add sugar and salt and beat until they dissolve
Shto sheqerin dhe kripen dhe perziej derisa te shperbehen
 Add flour by sifting it while stirring the batter. It is really important to sift and stir while doing this. Otherwise you will have lumps and that will not be good 
Shto miellin duke e situr gjate perzierjes se mases. Eshte shume e rendesishme ta sitesh dhe ta perziesh duke e bere kete veprim. Perndryshe do te keni ne mase topa mielli gje kjo e cila nuk eshte e mire per masen
 Coat the bowl with transparent paper and leave it on fridge for 30 minutes to chill
Mbeshtille tasin me leter transparente dhe lere ne frigorifer per 30 minuta te mpihet
 After 30 minutes take off the paper and give it a stir 
Pas 30 minutash hiqe letren dhe perzieje masen 
 Cook the crepes in medium hit. Put a tablespoon of unsalted butter just to coat the bottom of frying pan you're using. Than with a scoop measure the batter; this depends on the size of your pan, just make sure to make an even and thin layer. 
Gatuaji krepat ne nxehtesi mesatare. Vendos nje luge gjalpe(varet nga madhesia e tiganit qe po perdorni) sa per te pasur nje shtrese ne fund te tij. Me nje garuzhde mat mase; kjo varet nga madhesia e tiganit tuaj, sigurohuni qe masa te jete e njetrajtshme dhe e holle.
