Forest Fruits Yogurt Ice-Cream


I love ice-creams, all of them and it was really interesting and fun to make it. Yogurt is one of my faves taste. 
There are million ways how to cook an ice-cream, but this kind of ice-cream wont get melt even if you let it out for hours, it's the effect of whipping cream

Une i pelqej shume akulloret, te gjitha llojet dhe ishte shume interesant dhe qejf ta gatuash vete. Me kos eshte nje nga shijet e mia te preferuara.
Ka shume menyra te te gatuarit akullore, por kjo lloj akulloreje nuk do te shkrije dhe nese ju e lini jashte per ore te tera, kjo per shkak te ajkes se rrahur


Ingredients for the ice-cream:
  • 155 gramme sugar
  • 130 milliliter water or milk (I'm using water)
  • 1 liter whipping cream
  • 75 gramme forest fruits yogurt (you can use what kind of yogurt you like) 
Perberesit:
  • 155 gram sheqer
  • 130 mililitra uje ose qumesht (une po perdor uje)
  • 1 liter ajke (pana e embel)
  • 75 gram kos frytash pylli (mund te perdorni shijen tuaj qe ju pelqen) 
 Put the water or milk in a normal sized saucepan, add the sugar and let it boil in slow flakes until sugar dissolves 
Vendosni ujin ose qumeshtin ne nje tenxhere normale, shto sheqerin dhe lere te zieje ne flake te moderuar deri sa sheqeri te shperbehet
 Remove the saucepan from fire and add the yogurt, stir the measure and than leave it in the fridge for one hour 
Levize tenxheren nga zjarri dhe shto kosin e frutave, perziej se bashku dhe lere ne frigorifer per nje ore
 In a big bowl pour the whipping cream and beat it until it'll become creamy and fluffy
Ne nje tas te madh shtiej ajken dhe rrihe deri sa te behet nje mase kremoze dhe me gezof
 Add the yogurt measure in the whipping cream and stir good the measure 
Shto masen e kosit te frutave ne tasin me ajken e rrahur dhe perziej mire
 Put the measure in a(or 2) big bowl with lid and let it frozen in the freezer for 4 hours
Vendose masen ne nje ose 2 tasa te medhenj me kapak dhe lereni ne ngrije ne akull per 4 ore
