Sweet Doughnut


I decided to call them sweet doughnuts because I didn't find a better description. This is one of my mum's recipes! She created this one when my big sister was a baby  and since than we have been in love with "Sweet Doughnuts". They are perfect breakfast!

Petulla te embla! Kjo eshte nje nga recetat e mamit tim! Ajo e krijoi kete recete kur motra ime e madhe ishte foshnje dhe qe atehere ne "kemi rene ne dashuri" me keto petulla dhe jane mengjesi i duhur.


Ingredients for the sweet doughnuts:
  • 1 egg
  • 1 coffee spoon baking soda
  • 3 dish spoons yogurt
  • 6 dish spoons sugar
  • 8 dish spoons flour 
Perberesit:
  • 1 veze
  • 1 luge kafeje sode buke
  • 3 luge gjelle kos
  • 6 luge gjelle sheqer
  • 8 luge gjelle miell
Put in a bowl yogurt and sugar, mix them together 
Ne nje tas vendos kosin dhe sheqerin dhe perzieji se bashku
Add the egg and baking soda. Stir them together 
Shto vezen dhe soden e bukes. Perziej se bashku
The last product you should add is flour
Perberesi i fundit eshte mielli, shtoje
These sweet doughnuts are fried in a pan filled with corn oil and in slow fire. 
Keto petulla skuqen ne tigan plot me vaj misri, ne flake te moderuar
You should take another bowl and fill it with warm water. Use the spoon to form the round shape of the pancakes and wet the spoon time after time so the measure will not osculate with the spoon
Ju duhet nje tas tjeter me une te ngrohte. Perdorni nje luge gjelle per te formuar petullat dhe lageni lugen here pas here ne menyre qe masa te mos ngjise ne luge
Tip: In the bowl you will put the frying pancakes put firstly a napkin(the napkin will immerse the oil from the pancakes)
Keshille : Ne tasin/platen ku ju do vendosni petullat ne fillim vendosni ne picete (piceta do te thithe vajin nga petullat)
