Meet the Cooker (Dhurata)

As you may know 2013 was a year full of surprises and projects for me. I hope 2014 to be a year with a lot of wonderful events for you. The last year brought me also little pieces that will remain in my memory for a long time. I would like to introduce you with someone I am really grateful to have met during 2013. Dhurata, or as many of you could be familiar as "Luga e Argjendte" , became part of the list of people who inspire me since in our first encounter. And not only because of our common interest, but her passion, her stories and definitely her positivity couldn't be left outside my blog. I wish you could all meet such people during your life, people who give you their best. She is a pure inspiration to me and that’s the way I like to start my days, checking her new dishes on Instagram. The way the art of cooking is treated in that page makes you fall in love with its beauty. I was always asking myself how her working place might look like and when the chance of a possible collaboration came out I was extremely happy. I had one of the best cooking days ever; cooking at her home with her and her cool young boy Nicolo was such an inspirational day. We baked my Gingerbread and Butter Cookies, and she taught me how to cook Pumpkin Pie since I personally had never cooked with pumpkin before.
