Kiki's Book of Dreams: Frosting or Filling you choose

I've been using a lot lately this cream; as frosting and filling. It's a rich cream as you may notice, but It's the perfect combination of ingredients and taste. You can use vanilla extract or you can use cacao, it's up to you. If you decide to use cacao flavor, make sure to use your favorite brand of dark cacao powder and of course feel free to use as much or as little as you want. I'm using this cacao cream for a birthday cake I made, but for this you have to stay tuned ;)

Kam perdorur shpesh se fundmi kete krem, qofte per mbushje apo zbukurim. Eshte nje krem i rende ashtu sic mund ta vini re, por eshte nje kombinim perfekt i perbersve dhe shijes. Mund te perdorni ekstrakt vaniljeje ose kakao, kjo varet nga preferenca juaj. Nese vendosni te perdorni shijen e kakaos, atehere perdorni shijen dhe marken tuaj te preferuar te pluhurit kakao te hidhur dhe sigurisht mund te perdoni sa te deshironi. Kete krem kakao e kam perdorur per nje torte ditelindjeje qe bera, por per kete duhet te prisni ;)

Ingredients for the cream :

500 ml heavy cream
250 gram Mascarpone
vanilla extract (optional)
dark cacao powder (optional)

Perberesit per kremin :

500 ml ajke
250 gram Mascarpone
ekstrakt vaniljeje (opsionale)
pluhur kakao e hidhur (opsionale)

In a bowl put the heavy cream and start beating it until it foams

Ne nje tas rrih vendos ajken dhe fillo rrihe derisa te krijoje mase shkumore

Add the Mascarpone cheese and beat it again until soft peaks

Shto Mascarpone-n dhe vazhdo rrihe derisa te formohen maja te buta

When you'll have those soft peaks formed stop, add vanilla extract or sift some dark cacao powder and beat again until you'll have the wanted thickness

Kur te keni arritur majat e buta ndaloni, shtoni ekstraktin e vaniljes ose sitni kakao pluhur dhe vazhdoni ta rrihni derisa te keni trashesine e deshiruar
