Working Day at Polis 27/03/2013


Hello there lovelies ! I have 5 days off, how cool is that ?! So since I'm finally having some free time I went to Polis uni to cook sweets, I missed the time there ! And of course I took my camera with me (as always) so here are some pics I want to share with you ! This is one of the many recipes I cooked, the starwberry-kiwi tart, small bites and huge one ! So here is what I basically did : prepared some pie crust, then I baked it, the filling cream : whipping cream+mascarpone cheese+ vanilla extract, and the decoration with fresh strawberries and kiwi. I will soon post the recipe step by step but for now enjoy the pictures :
