Fried Squids


I love sea food and squids are one of my faves. This version of the fried ones are the best I guarantee + super simple to do ! 

Une i kam shume qejf prodhimet e detit dhe kallamaret jane nje nder te preferuarat e mia. Ky version i kallamareve te akuqura eshte me i miri dhe kete jua garantoj + shume i thjeshte per t'u pergatitur ! 


Ingredients for fried squids:
  • squids (cleaned)
  • salt
  • flour 
  • oil for frying 
  • lemon for serving

Perberesit per kallamaret e skuqura:
  • kallamare (te pastruara)
  • kripe
  • miell
  • vaj per skuqjen
  • limon per servirje 
 Salt and mix well with hand the squids. Leave them there for 5 minutes so they can immerse the salt
Kriposi dhe perzieji mire me dore kallamaret. Leri aty per 5 minuta ne menyre qe ta thithin kripen
 After 5 minutes cut the squids in stripes and put them in a napkin
Mbas 5 minutash priti kallamaret ne shirita dhe vendosi ne nje picete
 Take another napkin and make sure to immerse the extra water from the squids, otherwise you will have trouble and a mess while frying 
Merr nje picete tjeter dhe sigurohu qe te thithesh ujin e tepert nga kallamaret, perndryshe do te keni probleme dhe nje rremuje gjate skuqjes
 Put the squids in the flour bowl and make sure to coat each one of them with flour
Vendosi kallamaret ne tasin me miell dhe sigurohu qe te mbuloj cdo njeren prej tyre me miell
Fry the squids in medium heat and when removing from the pan put them in a plate covered with a napkin (the napkin will immerse the oil from the squids)
Skuqi kallamaret ne zjarr mesatar dhe kur ti vendosni ne pjate sigurohuni qe te keni vene nje pecete fillimisht (peceta do te thithe vajin e tepert nga kallamaret)
