- 115 gram sheqer

- 1 veze, e rrhur lehte
- 4 tbsp (60 ml) leng limoni
- 350 gram miell
- 1 tsp (5 gram) baking powder
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) qumesht
- sheqer pluhur, per t'i sherbyer
Ne nje tas rrih se bashku gjalpin, sheqerin dhe lekuren e grire te limonit derisa masa te jete kremoze dhe e zbehte ne ngjyre
Shto vezen e rrahur lehte dhe lengun e limonit pak nga pak nderkohe qe perzieni masen me rrahesen

Perdor nje mjet matjeje per te ndare brumin ne copa te barabarta, une po perdor nje tbsp, ju mund te perdorni nje luge te vogel normale, nje luge akulloreje jo shume te madhe etj. Punoni me duar keto masa te vogla duke i kthyer ato ne topa te vegjel
