Strawberry Banana Smoothie


This is the perfect drink in a hot summer day! It is really easy to make, fast, full of vitamins and not fat! Even if you are in a strict diet this will not "harm" you! You can combine your favorite fruits and add as much as you want for each. This was my first time for doing this incredible smoothie and I did it with 4 strawberries at first(the recipe I read was with 4), but I thought it wasn't enough, so in the second one(yes we loved it and I did some more) I added more strawberries. Don't use more banana though because its taste is really strong and you need to use more of the other fruit you are using, otherwise banana flavor will prevail. The optional ingredient is sugar. I didn't use it because banana is sweet itself and I don't prefer it to sweet, but if you like it other way around use the measure I'm writing! Kjo eshte nje recete perfekte per nje dite e nxehte vere! Eshte e thjeshte per t'u pergatitur, e shpejte, plote me vitamina dhe nuk ka yndyre! Edhe nese jeni ne nje diete te rrepte, kjo nuk do t'ju "demtoje"! Mund te kombinoni frutat tuaja te prferuara dhe mund te shtoni sa te deshironi per cdo perberes(fruta). Kjo ishte hera ime e pare qe bera kete leng te mrekullueshem dhe e bera me vetem 4 luleshtrydhe(keshtu thoshte receta qe lexova), por mendova qe nuk ishte mjaftueshem, dhe prandaj ne heren e dyte(po te gjithe e pelqyen dhe une e bera per here te dyte) shtova me shume luleshtrydhe. Gjithsesi mos perdor me shume banane sepse shija e saj eshte shume e forte dhe ju duhet te perdorni me teper nga fruti tjeter qe keni zgjedhur per perdorim , perndryshe shija e bananes do te mbizoteroje. Perberesi optional eshte sheqeri. Une nuk e perdora sepse bananja eshte vete e embel dhe nuk e preferoj shume te embel, por nese ju e ndieni te nevojshme perdorni masen qe kam shkruar! Shpresoj ta pelqeni dhe shpresoj qe kjo te jete nje leng i mrekullueshem i menuse suaj verore!


Ingredients for strawberry banana smoothie:
  •  4 large strawberries(or more if you like it as much as I do), fresh or frozen +more for garnish
  • 1 ripe banana cut in chunks  
  • 20 ml milk
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 22 gram sugar (optional)

Perberesit:
  • 4 luleshtydhe te medha(ose me shume nese ju pelqejne luleshtrydhet aq shume sa dhe mua), te fresketa ose te ngrira +me teper per garnityre
  • 1 banane e qeruar dhe e prere ne copa
  • 20 ml qumesht
  • 5 kubik akulli
  • 22 gram sheqer (optionale)
 You need a blender or food processor
Ju duhet nje grirese
 In the blender put all ingredients (except sugar if you are using). Put strawberries, banana, milk and ice cubs.
Ne griresen vendos te gjithe perberesit (pervec sheqerit nese do ta perdorni). Vendos luleshtrydhet, bananen, qymeshtin dhe kubiket e akullit.
 Blend it for about 30 seconds up to 1 minute. It depends how thick or liquid you want it. If you are adding sugar blend for 20 seconds, add sugar and than blend again. I didn't use sugar and I wanted a not 100%liquid so I blended for about 40 seconds.
Perziej per afersisht 3o sekonda deri ne 1 minute. Varet sa te trashe apo leng e doni masen. Nese po perdoni sheqerin perziej per 20 sekonda, shto sheqerin dhe me pas perziej serish. Une nuk perdora sheqer dhe nuk e doja masen 100% te lenget keshtu qe e perzieva per rreth 40 sekonda
