Apple Sharlotka


This is definitely one of my best deserts I have ever made and one of my favorites 2! 
This is a recipe I found in my favorite cooking site and I thought to try it and the second I taste it I fell in love with it! This is one of those cakes that you can never get rid of it unless you don't like apples and one of those cakes that is not a problem to eat even if you're on a diet! So why not try it? It is simple to make and soo delicious to taste! You would regret otherwise...

Kjo eshte pa diskutim nje nga embelsirat me te mira qe kam bere ndonjehere dhe nje nga me te preferuarat! Kete recete e gjeta ne nja nga site-t e mia te preferuara te gatimit dhe keshtu qe e provova, dhe sapo provova nje cope prej saj "rash ne dashuri" me te! Kjo eshte nje nga ato embelsirat qe kurre nuk te merziten vetem nese nuk i pelqen mollet dhe kjo eshte nje embelsire e cila nuk prishe pune dhe nese je ne nje diete ushqimore. Keshtu qe pse te mos e provosh? Eshte shume e thjeshte per t'u bere dhe shume e shijshme! Do te beheni pishman ne rast te kundert...


Ingredients for apple sharlotka:
  • 3 large eggs
  • 200 gram sugar
  • 6 large tart apples (I'm using 5 because I didn't have 6 in that time home)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 2/3 teaspoon vanilla crystals 
  • 125 gram flour
  • Nonstick spray or butter and flour (I'm showing you how to use the second option) 
  • Ground cinnamon, to finish
  • Powdered sugar, to finish
Perberesit:
  • 3 veze te medha
  • 200 gram sheqer
  • 6 molle te medha jeshile (une po perdor 5 sepse nuk kisha 6 ne shtepi ne ate moment) 
  • 1 luge caji ekstrakt vanilje ose 2/3 luge caji kristal vanilje 
  • 125 gram miell
  • Sprey per te mos ngjitur brumi tek tepsia ose margarine dhe miell(do t'jua tregoj se si veprohet me menyren e dyte) 
  • Kanelle per ne fund
  • Sheqer pluhur per ne fund
 Peel the apples and remove the apples core
Qero mollet dhe hiqi berthamezat
 Chop the apples into medium-sized chunks
Priji mollet ne copa nomale
 This is another version of non-stick.  Dye the insider part(all of it) with unsalted butter(with your fingers), than add flour and rotate from all sides the pie-pan and than  overthrow it so there will not be more flour than needed
Ky eshte versioni tjeter qe brumi te mos ngjise ne tepsi ose tave. Lyej te gjithe pjesen e brendshme te tij me maragarine(perdor Bitay) dhe me pas shto miell, rrotulloje tepsine nga te gjitha anet dhe me pas ktheje permbys qe mielli i tepert te bjere
 Add all chopped apples in the pie-pan and set aside
Shto mollet e prera ne tepsi dhe lere menjane
In a large bowl beat eggs with sugar until thick and ribbons form on the surface of the beaten eggs
Ne nje tas te madh rrih vezet me sheqerin deri sa te krijohen fllucka ne siperfaqen e mases
 Beat in vanilla extract or vanilla crystals 
Shto vaniljen dhe vazhdo rrahjen
 Add flour and stir it
Shto miellin dhe perziej
 Add the batter on top of apples and than with a spoon stir them a bit so the batter will get inside them
Vendose kete mase siper molleve dhe me pas me luge perziej pak masen qe ajo te depertoje me shpejt brenda molleve
 Baking Temperature : 176 grade C,   Timing : 55-60 minutes(until full baking, if you put a toothpick it will come out clean and the surface must have a light brown color)
Temperatura pjekjes : 176 grade C,   Kohe-zgjatja : 55-60 minuta (deri ne pjekje te plote, nese ngul nje kunje dhembesh do te dale e paster dhe siperfaqja te kete marre ngjyre kafe te lehte)
 Baked desert : 
Embelsira e pjekur:
In a big plate turn upside down the cake. There are 99% chances that one layer(the last one, bottom) will not get out of pie-pan. Not a problem. With a spoon take it out and put it on the turned upside down cake(just what I did). Than let it chill 
Ne nje pjate te madhe ose pjatance ktheje permbys embelsiren. Ka 99% mundesi qe pjesa e fundit te ngele ne tepsi. Mos u shqetesoni. Me nje luge merreni kete shtrese dhe vendoseni siper pjeses se kekut qe tashme eshte kthyer permbys ne pjate(keshtu bera une). Dhe me pas lereni te ftohet
With a sieve shaker fill surface with powdered sugar and ground cinnamon 
Me nje site mbush siperfaqen e embelsires me sheqer pluhur dhe kanelle
