Sausage and cheese scrambled eggs

A great recipe for all meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner! Easy and tasty! 

Nje recete e shkelqyer per te gjitha vaktet : mengjes, dreke, darke! E thjeshte dhe e shijshme!


Ingredients for sausage and cheese scrambled eggs:

• 1 sausage cut in small pieces 
• 1 normal sized block of white cheese, cut in small pieces
• 1 egg
• oil for cooking the food (you can choose if you will cook it with corn oil or olive oil)

Perberesit:

• 1 salcice e prere ne copa te vogla
• 1 bllok normal djathi i bardhe, i prere ne copa te vogla 
• 1 veze
• vaj per gatim (mund te zgjedhesh nese do te gatuash me vaj ulliri ose misri) 

Add the cut sausage in the pan with 2 dish spoons oil(wait while the oil heats up and than add the sausages)

Shto salcicen e prere ne copa ne tigan me 2 luge vaj (prisni fillimisht qe vaji te nxehet pastaj shtoni salcicet)

After the cut sausages are fried add the white cheese
Pasi salcicet te jene skuqur shtoni djathin e bardhe

Stir them fast together and add the egg
Perziej se bashku dhe shto vezen 

Stir the preparation until i will be cooked good
Perziej masen deri sa te jete gatuar mire
