Just Another Busy Day

Hello there my lovely readers! How are you all doing? This is my first post talking with you about my life and other than showing my recipes. That's most because I talk about these and other things in my personal blog and I know that most of you know me from it! First of all hope you like my recipes so far and I promise I will keep the good work!...Finally weekend has arrived and I didn't think twice what I was going to do this Saturday: I was going to cook at Polis University and so I did! It's my third time there cooking and this will soon be like a job to me, once or twice a week and I will get paid for my work. I'm really happy for this fact; first of all happy to make others happy with my sweets and secondly for earning money by myself, with my work! Teachers and students have been showing such interest in what I do and I'm happy to know there are people who support me...Like you all are, I love reading your comments and I appreciate all comments, advises and thoughts you share with me, it makes me make this blog better and more useful to you. Today I cooked three tastes mouse. I made banana mouse, chocolate mouse and kiwi mouse. A three color and taste mouse all together and it turned up great. I will soon post the recipes for fruits mouse while the chocolate one is available. I also made Lasagna and Profiterol. Donna is the cooker of Uni's kitchen and she is awesome person and cooker, she's been cooking in Italy for quite a long time and not to mention here she is the best teacher. I love talking to her and she always have new things for me. I also help her with lunch menu and after a long day of work I smell all kinds of food I've been cooking. It's cute actually :D

Pershendetje lexuesit e mi te dashur! Si ia keni kaluar? Ky eshte posti im i pare per te cilin po flas per jeten time dhe dicka me teper se sa te tregoj recetat. Kjo me teper sepse une flas per keto gjera dhe te tjera ne blogun tim personal dhe e di qe shumica prej jush me njihni prej tij! Pike se pari shpresoj qe t’ju kene pelqyer recetat e mia deri tani dhe ju premtoj se do ta vazhdoj punen e mire!...Me ne fund fundjava arriti dhe nuk e mendova 2 here se cfare do te beja kete te shtune: do te gatuaja tek universiteti dhe keshtu bera! Eshte hera ime e trete qe gatuaj dhe kjo se shpejti do te jete sin je pune per mua, nje here ose 2 ne jave dhe une do te paguhem per kete pune. Jam shume e gezuar per kete fakt: pike se pari jam e gezuar qe bej te tjeret te gezuar me embelsirat e mia dhe se dyti qe do te fitoj para vete, me punen time! Pedagoget dhe studentet kane treguar nje interes goxha te madh mbi ate c’ka une bej dhe jam e gezuar te di qe ka njerez te cilet me mbeshtesin….Sic jeni jut e gjithe, me pelqen shume te lexoj komentet tuaja dhe I vleresoj shume komentet, keshillat dhe mendimet e ndara me mua, e ben blogun te ece perpara dhe me te dobishem per ju. Sot gatova tre lloj shijesh mus. Bera mus bananesh, mus cokollate dhe mus kivi. Tre lloj dhe ngjyrash mus doli nje mrekulli. Se shpejti do te postoj kete recete per muset e frutave nderkohe qe musi me cokollate eshte postuar. Gjithashtu bera Lazanja dhe Profiterol. Dona eshte guzhinjerja e universitetit dhe eshte nje person dhe guzhinjere e mrekullueshme, ka gatuar ne Itali per nje kohe goxha te gjate dhe per te mos permendur ketu qe ajo eshte mesuesja me e mire. Me pelqen te flas me ted he ajo gjithmone ka gjera te reja per mua. Une gjithashtu e ndihmoj me menune e drekes dhe mbas nje dite te gjate pune une kam eren te gjitha ushqimeve qe kam gatuar. Eshte e lezetshme ne fakt :D (nese nuk ke plane te tjera per pjesen tjeter te dites)

After I finished cooking my desert for the day I couldn't stay doing nothing. I helped with lunch menu and just after that I started cooking Profiterol

 And now Lasagna time. Drini so happy since is his favorite food and he is helping us. He's so sweet!
Dhe tani koha per Lazanja. Drini ishte shume i gezuar duke qene se eshte ushqimi i tij i preferuar dhe ai eshte duke na ndihmuar. Eshte kaq i mire!
