- 280 gramme flour
- 375 milliliter milk
- 3/4 tea spoon salt
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 dish spoon corn oil

- 3/4 luge caji kripe
- 1 veze e rrahur lehte
- 1 1/2 luge gjelle vaj misri

Perberesit per mbushjen(mund te perdoresh cfare te duash):
- domate
- djath i bardhe
- proshute
- speca
Put the salt in the flour bowl and mix them together

Put the flour in a bigger bowl, add milk and stir them together
Vendose miellin ne nje tas me te madhe, shto qumeshtin dhe perzieji se bashku
Add the egg and the corn oil, stir them together

Cook the crepes in slow flakes
