Cream Caramel (oven)



I love cream-caramel! It has been in our kitchen menu since a very long time! There are few ways to cook it, but this one right here is the best and I make you sure that! If you cook it, you'll understand me...

Mua me pelqen shume Krem-Karameli! Eshte nje nga recetat me te perdorura ne menune e guzhines sime prej nje kohe te gjate! Ka disa menyra se si mund ta gatuash, port kjo recete eshte me e mira dhe jua siguroj kete! Nese e provoni, atehere do te me kuptoni...


Ingredients for the cream caramel in oven:
  • 900 milliliter milk
  • 500 gramme sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tea spoon vanilla
  • 50 gramme sugar
Perberesit:
  • 900 mililitra qumesht
  • 500 gram sheqer
  • 5 veze
  • 1 luge caji vanilje 
  • 50 gram sheqer
 Put the eggs in a large bowl, add milk and stir them together
Vendos vezet ne nje tas te madh, shto qumeshtin dhe perziej se bashku
 Add sugar and stir the measure
Shto sheqerin dhe perziej serish
 Add vanilla and mix the measure
Shto vaniljen dhe vazhdo perzierjen
 Add 50 gramme sugar in a pie-pan and in slow flakes wait for the sugar to melt, stir with a dish spoon really often, you don't want sugar to burn because than the cream caramel will have a bitter taste
Shto 50 gram sheqer ne nje tepsi dhe ne flake te moderuar prisni deri sa sheqeri te tretet, perziej me ne luge gjelle shume shpesh, nuk duhet ta digjni sheqerin sepse krem karameli do te marre nje shije te hidhur 
 Let the melted sugar cool for few minutes an than add the measure in the pie-pan
Lereni sheqerin e tretur te ftohet per disa minuta dhe shto masen ne kete tepsi
Put the cream-caramel pie-pan in a bigger pie-pan filled with water
Vendoseni kete tepsi mbi nje tepsi me te mahde te mbushur me uje
Baking temperature : 200 grade C,  Timing : until full baking
Put the pie-pan in the lower part of the furnace and wait for the water to boil. 
How to realize that the cream-caramel is done : when the surface of the cream-caramel will be gold than is done. 
Temperatura pjekjes : 200 grade C,  Kohe-zgjatja : deri ne pjekje te plote
Vendoseni tepsine ne pjesen e poshtme te furres dhe prsini deri sa uji te vloje. 
Si ta kuptoni qe krem-karameli eshte bere : kur siperfaqja e krem-karamelit te kete nje ngjyre te arte
Baked cream-caramel. Remove the cream-caramel pie-pan from the water pie-pan and let it cool
Krem-karameli i gatuar. Hiqeni tepsine e krem-karamelit nga tepsia me uje dhe lere te ftohet
