Kiki's Book of Dreams: Simple Cacao Cake

This is my first recipe in this blog so wish me luck for the rest of them :D! This one is a simple cacao cake, everyone loves it and you never get bored of it!

Kjo eshte receta e pare ne kete blog prandaj me uroni fat me pjesen tjeter :D! Ky eshte nje kek i thjeshte me kakao, te gjithe e pelqejne dhe asnjehere nuk merziten nga shija e tij!

Ingredients for the cake:

5 eggs
510 gram sugar
215 gram flour
65 gram bitter cacao
250 gram melted margarine or butter
2 tsp baking powder

Perberesit:

5 veze
510 gram sheqer
215 gram miell
65 gram kakao e hidhur
250 gram margarine ose gjalp i shkire(perdorni maraginen Bitay pasi gjalpi jone ka shije te rende)
2 tsp baking powder (eshte "sode buke" embelsirash, mund ta gjeni ne dyqanet per embelsira ose Neranxi, krijon fryrje dhe shije te mire ndryshe nga soda e bukes)

In a normal sized bowl put flour, baking powder and cacao together and mix them until cacao is completely dissolved

Ne nje tas normal vendosni miellin, baking powder dhe kakaon dhe i perzieni se bashku derisa kakaoja te jete shperbere plotesisht

In a big bowl put sugar and eggs
Ne nje tas te madh vendos sheqerin dhe vezet

Stir them together, until the sugar dissolve. If you don't know how to figure that out, leave the mix in a couple seconds and if the mix makes little bubbles it will be ready for the next step
Perzieji se bashku, deri sa sheqeri te shperbehet. Nese nuk dini si ta dalloni kete, lereni masen per disa sekonda dhe nese krijohen disa fllucka atehere masa eshte gati per hapin tjeter

Add the mix(flour, baking powder and cacao) into the big bowl and stir them together
Shto masen(miell, baking powder dhe kakao) ne tas dhe perziej se bashku

Add the melted margarine or butter and stir the measure. The margarine needs to be mealt and not hot but faint
