Cornflakes Cake




I love this cake and the taste of cornflakes inside it! You can eat it both ways: hot and cold, but I prefer the cold one!

Kjo eshte nje embelsire te cilen une e pelqej shume dhe shijen e dritherave brenda! Mund ta sherbeni ne te dyja menurat ; te ngrohte dhe te ftohte, por une preferoj te ftohten! 


Ingredients for the cake:
  • 2 eggs
  • 380 gramme flour 
  • 510 gramme sugar
  • 1 coffee cup corn oil (90 ml)
  • 1 water glass yogurt (300 ml)
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • cornflakes (how much you like)
Perberesit:
  • 2 veze
  • 380 gram miell 
  • 510 gram sheqer
  • 1 filxhan kafeje vaj misri (90ml) 
  • 1 gote uji kos (300 ml)
  • 1/2 tsp sode buke
  • drithera misri (masa : sa te deshironi)
Pun in a bowl eggs and yogurt and beat them together
Vendos ne nje tas vezet dhe kosin dhe perziejini se bashku
Add sugar and stir the measure until sugar dissolves
Shto sheqerin dhe perziej masen deri sa sheqeri te shperbehet
Add corn oil and baking soda
Shto vajin dhe soden e bukes
 Put in the bowl the flour and stir the mass until it becomes one
Vendos miellin dhe tas dhe perziejeni masen deri sa te behet homogjene
In the end add cornflakes and stir the measure
Ne fund shto dritherat dhe perziej se bashku
Baking Temperature : 200 grade C,  Timing : until full baking
Temperatura pjekjes : 200 grade C,  Kohe-zgjatja : deri ne pjekje te plote
