Carrot Cake



This is one of my favorite cakes, it is really simple to make and  light, you can eat and eat and still feel like you want to eat some more :D
There is an extra part with the cake, it is salty taste! Interesting taste, but I prefer the cake without it, because it is really heavy! 

Kjo eshte nje nga embelsirat e mia te preferuara, eshte shume e thjeshte per y'u gatuar dhe e lehte, mund te hash pa pushim dhe serish do te hash akoma :D
Kjo embelsire ka nje pjese shtese, shije e kripur! Shije interesante, por une e preferoj pa te, sepse eshte teper e rende(pjesa shtese)! 


Ingredients for the cake:
  • 4 eggs
  • 530 gramme sugar
  • 340 gramme flour
  • 115 gramme olive oil
  • 125 gramme corn oil
  • 1 dish spoon cinnamon 
  • 1 dish spoon baking powder  
  • 1 tea spoon baking soda
  • 950 gramme minced carrots
Perberesit:
  • 4 veze
  • 530 gram sheqer
  • 340 gram miell
  • 115 gram vaj ulliri
  • 125 gram vaj misri 
  • 1 luge gjelle kanelle
  • 1 luge gjelle baking powder  
  • 1 luge caji sode buke 
  • 950 gram karrota te grira
Ingredients for the extra part:
  • 25 gramme cold melted margarine
  • 170 gramme Philadelphia
  • 1 tea spoon baking powder
  • powder for the cake
Perberesit e pjeses shtese:
  • 25 gram margarine e shkrire e ftohte 
  • 170 gram Philadelphia
  • 1 luge caji baking powder
  • sheqer pluhur per embelsiren
Put in a bowl all eggs with sugar and stir them together for about 25 minutes
Ne nja tas vendos vezet dhe sheqerin dhe rrihi per afersisht 25 minuta
Add olive oil and corn oil and then mix the mass together
Shto vajin e ullirit dhe misrit dhe perziej se bashku
In the next step you should put in the bowl canella, baking powder and baking soda
Ne hapin tjeter shto kanellen, bakind powder dhe soden e bukes
Stir them together and add flour
Perziej se bashku dhe shto miellin
In the last step you should add the minced carrots
Ne hapin e fundit shto karrotat e grira
The mass must look like this
Masa duhet te duket keshtu

Bake temperature : 150 grade C,  Timing : until full baking
Temperatura pjekjjes : 150 grade C,  Kohe-zgjatja : deri ne pjekje te plote
For the extra part you should mix all the ingredients and it must look like this:
Per pjesen shtese duhet te perziesh te gjithe perberesit dhe duhet te duket keshtu :
