Ingredients for royal icing :
- 3 egg whites in room temperature
- 512 gram icing sugar
Perberesit per kremin zbukurues :
- 3 te bardha vezesh ne temperature dhome
- 512 gram sheqer pluhur
Add the egg whites in a bowl and in medium speed mix until frothy
Vendos ne nje tas te bardhat e vezeve dhe rrihi ne shpejtesi mesatare derisa te shkumezojne
Decrease the speed to low and slowly add the icing sugar. Increase the speed to medium high and whisk for about 2 to 3 minutes or until he icing is smooth, shiny and thick
Ule shpejtesine ne ate te ulten dhe shto sheqerin pluhur. Rrite shpejtesine ne ate te larten dhe rrihe per 2 deri ne 3 minuta masen ose derisa te jete e bute, me shkelqim dhe e trashe
Place the royal icing in a piping bag (or a regular plastic bag, no need for fancy equipment) and decorate any kind of cookie. Here are the steps to make the filling easier and if you're using a normal plastic bag how to do it
Vendos kremin zbukurues ne nje qese pasticerie (ose ne nje qese normale plastike, ska nevoje per mjete luksoze) dhe dekoro cdo lloj biskote qe deshiron. Ketu jane hapat se si ta besh mbushjen ne menyre me te lehte dhe nese po perdorni nje qese normale plastike si ta beni

Prit vetem nje pjese shume te vogel te qeses plastike
