Vanilla Pound Cake


This cake is the basic and one of the simplest cakes ever. What I LOVE about this cake is its softness; it will melt in your mouth as soon as you bite it. Also the vanilla flavor it's adorable, your kitchen/home will smell heaven after cooking this recipe. I just need to say that vanilla extract it's your answer(to everything with it), do NOT use vanilla crystals anymore. You can buy it in stores where they keep it, or if it's hard to find like it was for me order it(or make your own, will show that in next post). It is a bit expensive, but you will use it in really small amounts so it will be worth it. The ingredients are super simple so just enjoy the recipe and after reading it go to your kitchen and you know what to do!!!

Ky eshte nje kek baze dhe nje nder keket me te thjeshte te mudshem. Ajo c'ka une "DASHUROJ" ne kete kek eshte butesia e tij, do t'ju shkrije ne goje sapo ta keni kafshuar. Gjithashtu shija e vaniljes eshte e papare, kuzhina/shtepia juaj do te kete aromen e parajses pasi ta keni gatuar kete recete. Dua vetem te them se ekstrakti i vaniljes eshte pergjigja juaj(e gjithckaje me te), MOS perdorni kristal vaniljeje. Mund ta blini neper dyqanet qe e mbajne kete produkt, ose nese eshte e veshtire per ta gjetur ashtu sic ishte per mua, atehere porositeni(ose pergatisni vete, do t'jua tregoj se si ne postin e ardhshem). Eshte pak i kushtueshem por do te perdoret ne sasi shume te vogla prandaj ia vlen. Perberesit jane shume te thjeshte prandaj shijojeni receten dhe pasi ta keni lexuar shkoni ne kuzhine dhe tashme ju e dini c'duhet te beni! 


Ingredients for vanilla pound cake : 
  •  170 gram unsalted butter in room temperature
  • 376 gram flour
  • 400 gram sugar
  • 236 ml milk
  • 2 large egg
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • vanilla extract 
  • icing sugar for the final touch 
  • jam or ice-cream to serve 
Perberesit per kekun me shije vaniljeje:
  • 170 gram gjalp jo i kripur ne temperature dhome
  • 376 gram miell
  • 400 gram sheqer
  • 236 ml qumesht
  • 2 veze e madhe
  • 2 1/2 tsp caji baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp caji kripe 
  • ekstrakt vaniljeje 
  • sheqer pluhur per ne fund
  • recel ose akullore per servirje
 Put baking powder and salt at flour bowl and mix 
Vendos baking powder dhe kripen tek tasi i miellit dhe perziej
In another bowl add unsalted butter and sugar, cream them together. Scrape the sides of the bowl time after time with a spatula making sure the batter is mixed same
Ne nje tas tjeter vendos gjalpin jo te kripur dhe sheqerin dhe perzieji se bashku derisa te krijohet nje mase kremoze. Here pas here me nje spatul mblidh masen ne anet e tasit ne menyre qe masa te rrihet e tera ne menyre te njejte
Add the eggs and keep stirring 
Shto vezen dhe vazhdo perziej 
Add vanilla extract and milk and mix the batter
Shto ekstraktin e vaniljes dhe qumeshtin dhe perziej brumin
Add dry ingredients and keep stirring until flour doesn't show. Do not over stir
Shto perberesit e thate dhe vazhdo perziej derisa mielli te mos duket me. Mos e perziej me teper
First draw in the parchment paper the pie-pan shape you're using, wet the pie-pan with water and than  put the parchment paper on 
Ne fillim prit letren e furres ne formen e tepsise qe po perdor, lage tepsine me uje dhe vendose letren e furres
Add the batter in the pie-pan and spread even 
Shto brumin ne tepsi dhe perhape ate ne menyre te barabarte
Baking Temperature : 176 grade C,    Timing : until full baking
Temperatura pjekjes : 176 grade C,    Kohe-zgjatja : deri ne pjekje te plote
