Cooked Cauliflower



A great vegetarian lunch. Easy to cook and it doesn't need to much time! Is one of my faves vegetarian meals

Nje dreke e mrekullueshme vegjetariane! E thjeshte per t'u gatuar dhe nuk do shume kohe! Gjithashtu eshte nje nga vaktet e preferuara vegjetariane


Ingredients for cooked cauliflower:
  • 1 cauliflower
  • water
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 dish spoons flour mixed with 1 1/2 coffee spoon salt
  • water for boiling 
  • corn oil for cooking

Perberesit:
  • 1 lulelaker e plote
  • uje
  • 2 veze
  • 4 luge gjelle miell i pezier me 1 1/2 luge kafeje kripe  
  • uje per zierje  
  • vaj misri per gatim
Cut the cauliflower in pieces (normal)
Ndaje lulelakren ne copa normale
Boil water in medium flames 
Vlo ujin ne flake normale
Put the boiling pot and add cauliflowers pieces. If you don't have a pot like that home no need to buy, boil in water and than drain the water in the pot
Vendos tenxheren per banjo-mari dhe vendos copat e lulelakres. Nese nuk e ke kete tenxhere, nuk eshte nevoja te blesh nje te tille, zieji ne uje dhe me pas kulloji lulelakrat nga uji
After boiling enough(you can taste and let them boil as you like) turn off the oven and set the cauliflowers aside
Mbas zierjes se mjaftueshme(mund t'i provoni dhe t'i leni te ziejne sa te deshironi) fikeni zjarrin dhe leri lulelakrat menjane
Put the eggs in a bowl and beat them lightly 
Vendos vezet ne nje tas dhe rrihi lehte
Add the flour mixed with salt and do the same, than add water. The measure don't need to be liquid, but in the middle of  dough and liquid, a homogeneous measure.(you can add water first and flour, it will take less minutes, because sometimes you may have difficulties while stirring)  
Shto miellin e perzier me kripe dhe bej te njejten gje, me pas shto ujin. Masa nuk duhet te jete e ujshme, por mesatarisht brume dhe e lengshmem, nje mase homogjene.(mund te shtoni ujin  ne fillim e miellin, do t'ju duhet me pak kohe, sepse ndonjehere eshte me e veshtire gjate perzierjes)
Add 3-4 dish spoons corn oil in a pan(you need and can add more while cooking the second time or other cauliflowers), in slow flakes.
Shto 3-4 luge gjelle vaj misri ne nje tigan(do t'ju duhet me teper vaj gjate gatimit ne radhen e dyte te skuqjes se lulelakres), ne flake te moderuar
Take one by one the pieces of cauliflowers, dye them good with measure and cook them
Merri nje nga nje copat e lulelakres, lyeji mire me masen dhe gatuaji
Put the cooked cauliflowers in a plate with napkin(the napkin will immerse the oil from cauliflowers)
Vendosi lulelakrat e gatuara ne nje plate me picete (piceta do te thithi vajin nga lulelakrat)
