Banana Mousse


I love mousses in general. But fruits mousses are my favorites, strawberry especially(since is my favorite fruit) and I love the color you get at the end! You have original fruit at mousse so it's pretty much like the fruit but creamy! This recipe is basic for all fruits mousse, you just have to change the fruit! 
Banana always gets tarnished in some minutes when you leave it aside, but don't worry fruits don't get tarnished at mousses, it's the egg white effect! This advise is for all fruits, not for just bananas(remember: just at mousses)!

Une i pelqej shume muset ne pergjithesi. Por mus me fruta jane te preferuarat e mia, me luleshtrydhe ne vecanti(meqe luleshtrydhet jane fruti im i preferuar) dhe me pelqen shume ngjyra ne fund! Ne mus ke frutin origjinal, pra eshte afersisht si te hash frutin por ne nje version kremoz! Kjo eshte receta baze per muset e frutave, you vetem duhet te nderroni frutin! 
Bananja gjithmone nxihet per disa minuta kur e lini menjane, por mos u shqetesoni frutat nuk nxihen ne muse, eshte efekti i te bardhes se vezes! Kjo keshille eshte per te gjitha frutat, jo vetem per bananen (por mbani mend : vetem tek muset)!


Ingredients for banana mousse(basic recipe for fruits mousse):
  • 400 milliliter whipping cream 
  • 3 large eggs (separated)
  • 4 big bananas

Perberesit (receta baze per muset e frutave):
  • 400 mililitra ajke 
  • 3 veze te medha (te ndara)
  • 4 banane te medha
You also need a food processor or a blender
You duhet gjithashtu nje mikser ushqimi
Beat the whipping cream in a big bowl and let it on the fridge
Rrih ajken ne nje tas te madh dhe me pas lereni ne frigorifer
Beat the eggs white in a normal bowl until they fluffy and set aside
Rrihni te bardhat e vezeve ne nje tas normal deri sa te vishen me gezof dhe lerini menjane
Beat the yolks and set aside 
Rrih te verdhat e vezeve dhe leri menjane
Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces so your blender/food processor will fit. Make banana cream with bananas in the blender, the measure must be creamy not liquid 
Qero bananet dhe priji ne copa ne menyre qe t'i nxere ne mikserin tuaj. Krijoni nje krem banaesh me bananet ne mikser, masa duhet te jete kremoze jo e lenget
In banana's bowl add the beaten yolks and mix them together 
Tek tasi i bananeve shto te verdhat e vezeve te rrahura dhe perzieji se bashku
Put this measure at whipping cream
Shtoje kete perberje tek ajka e rrahur
Add the beaten eggs white(beat them once more because when they stay they become liquid inside) and take care so the measure will be homogeneous and fluffy+creamy and stir carefully
Shto te bardhat e vezeve te rrahura (rrihi dhe nje here, sepse kur rrine behen leng perbrenda) dhe me kujdes perziej masen deir sa te jete homogjene dhe kremoze
Distributed the measure to the bowls and let them cool in the fridge for 30 minutes
Ndaje masen neper tasa individuale dhe leri ne frigorifer per 30 minuta
