Tarttufi



Tarttufi are made all by chocolate. Just one small ball and you'll feel like you are stating a piece of heaven! They are easy to make are super delicious! So why not trying it?!

99% e Tarttufi jane cokollate. Vetem nje top i vogel nevojitet per te shijuar nje cope nga parajsa! Jane te thjeshta per t'u pergatitur dhe shume te shijshme. Qe keshtu pse te mos e provosh?!


Ingredients for tarttufi:
  • 50 grams margarine or butter
  • 50 grams sugar mixed with 2 table spoons water
  • 2 yolks
  • 100 milliliter whipping cream(liquid)
  • 1 table spoon sugar mixed with 1 tea spoon vanilla crystals
  • 300 grams melted bitter chocolate
  • 4 table spoons bitter cacao
Perberesit:
  • 50 gram margarine 
  • 50 gram sheqer perziej me 2 luge uje 
  • 2 te verdha vezesh 
  • 100 mililitra ajke (pana e embel) 
  • 1 luge normale sheqer perzier me 1 luge caji vanilje 
  • 300 gram cokollate e zeze e shkrire
  • 4 luge normale kakao e hidhur 
Put in a bowl margarine or butter and mixed sugar with water. Stir them together (you can also use processor instead of stirring by hand)
Ne nje tas vendos margarinen dhe perzieje me sheqerin me uje.(perzierjen mund ta besh dhe me mikser)
Add yolks and keep stirring (can use processor instead of stirring by hand)
Shto te verdhat e vezeve dhe perziej (mund te perdoresh mikserin ne vend te perziesh me dore)
In a sauce-pan put whipping cream and sugar-vanilla and boil them together in slow flakes, stir them often with a spoon
Ne nje tenxhere vendos ajken dhe sheqer-vaniljen dhe zieji se bashku ne flake te moderuar duke i perzier here pas here me luge
Add boiled whipping cream at the measure and stir them together
Shto ajken e zier tek masa e pergatitur me pare dhe perziej se bashku
Put the whole measure at a bigger bowl and than add the melted chocolate
Vendose te gjithe masen e perftuar ne nje tas me te madh dhe shto cokollaten e shkrire
Leave it in the fridge for 45 minutes and if you want some minutes more in freezer (I did that)
Lere ne frigorifer per 45 minuta dhe nese deshiron mund ta lesh dhe disa minuta ne akull (c'ka une bera)
Meanwhile put the bitter cacao at a charger and share it all over the charger
Ne te njejten kohe vendos kakaon e hidhur ne nje pjatance dhe shperndaje neper te tere pjatancen

Keshtu duket masa pasi eshte lene ne frigorifer dhe akull
Dye hands with a bit of corn oil and make a ball shape with the mix (measure with a spoon). Than put it quickly at cacao and than place it a plate. Now I need to explain that more clearer.   The whole measure needs to be cold all the time because otherwise it will get sticky in your hands. So you have 2 ways: 1)do some chocolate balls and leave it again for a couple of minutes on freezer or leave it while working at a cold area. You also need to make small balls because Tarttufi are really delicious, but really heavy. So don't make the same mistake I did!
Lyej duart me vaj misri dhe formo nje top me masen(masen mate me luge) Pastaj vendose shpejt tek kakaoja dhe lere ne nje pjate. Tani duhet t'jua shpjegoj me qarte. E gjithe masa duhet te jete e ftohte gjate te gjithe procedures sepse perndryshe do te te ngjitet neper duar. Keshtu qe keni 2 menyra: 1)beni disa topa cokollate dhe lereni per disa minuta ne akull ose lereni gjate punes ne nje vend te ftohte. Ju duhet te beni gjithashtu topa te vegjel sepse Tarttufi jane shume te shijshem, por shume te rende. Prandaj nuk duhet te beni te njejtin gabim qe bera une! 
After doing some balls put them on fridge so they will not melt. Leave them there for 30 minutes and after that they are ready to be served 
Pasi te keni bere topat e cokollates lerini ne frigorifer ne menyre qe mos shkrijne. Lerini per 30 minuta dhe pastaj jane gati per t'u sherbyer
