Peanuts Cake


Easy to make, simple to bake and delicious in taste! Hope you like it as much as me ☺

E thjeshte per t'u gatuar, pjekur dhe e shijshme ne shije! Shpresoj ta pelqeni as shume sa une!

Ingredients for the cake:
  • 2 eggs
  • 380 gramme flour 
  • 510 gramme sugar
  • 1 coffee cup corn oil (90 ml)
  • 1 water glass yogurt (300 ml)
  • 1 coffee spoon baking soda
  • 200 gramme peanuts
Perberesit:
  • 2 veze
  • 380 gram miell
  • 510 gram sheqer
  • 1 filxhan kafeje vaj misri (90 ml)
  • 1 gote uji kos (300 ml)
  • 1 luge kafeje sode buke
  • 200 gram kikirik
Wash the peanuts so you can take off the salt and dry them with a napkin
Laj kikiriket ne menyre qe te hiqni kripen prej tyre dhe thaji me picete
In a normal sized bowl put sugar, eggs and stir them together
Ne nje tas normal vendos sheqerin, vezet dhe perzieji se bashku
Add yogurt and mix the measure 
Shto kosin dhe bashko se bashku
Add the baking soda, corn oil and stir the measure
Shto soden e bukes, vajin e misrit dhe perziej masen
Add flour and mix the measure again
Shto miellin dhe perziej serish
The last step : the peanuts. Add them and stir the mix
Hapi i fundit : kikiriket. Shtoji dhe perziej
Dye the pie-pan with corn oil and put the measure inside
Leyj tepsine me vaj misri dhe vendos masen 
Baking Temperature : 200 grade C,  Timing : until full baking
Temperatura pjekjes : 200 grade C,  Kohe-zgjatja : deri ne pjekje te plote
