Chocolate Ice-Cream



I love ice-creams, all of them and it was really interesting and fun to make it. There are million ways how to cook an ice-cream, but this kind of ice-cream wont get melt even if you let it out for hours, it's the effect of whipping cream

Une i pelqej shume akulloret, te gjitha llojet dhe ishte shume interesante dhe qejf ta gatuaje. Ka shume menyra te te gatuarit akullore, por kjo lloj akulloreje nuk do te shkrije dhe nese ju e lini jashte per ore te tera, kjo per shkak te ajkes se rrahur


Ingredients for the ice-cream:
  • 170 gramme sugar
  • 145 milliliter water or milk (I'm using water)
  • 3 dish spoon bitter cacao
  • 1 liter whipping cream
  • 170-200 gramme bitter chocolate(as much as you use, the taste will be stronger)
Perberesit:
  • 170 gram sheqer 
  • 145 mililitra uje ose qumesht (Une po perdor uje) 
  • 3 luge gjelle kakao e hidhur 
  • 1 liter ajke (pana e embel)
  • 170-200 gram cokollate e hidhur (sa me shume te perdorni aq me teper do ndihet shija e cokollates) 
Put the water or milk in a normal sized saucepan, add the sugar and let it boil in slow flakes until sugar dissolves 
Ne nje tenxhere normale vendos qumeshtin ose ujin, shto sheqerin dhe lere te ziej ne vale te moderuar deri sa sheqeri te shperbehet
Remove the saucepan from fire and add bitter cacao, stir the measure until cacao dissolves
Hiqeni tenxheren nga zjarri dhe shtoni kakaon e hidhur, perzieje masen deri sa kakaoja te shperbehet
Boil for 5 minutes and after that remove again the saucepan from the fire. Add the chocolate and stir the measure until chocolate melts
Zieje masen per 5 minuta dhe levize perseri tenxheren nga zjarri. Shto cokollaten dhe perzieje  masen deri sa cokollata te shkrije
Put the saucepan in the fridge so the mix can get cold
Vendose tenxheren ne frigorifer dhe lere masen te ftohet
In a big bowl pour the whipping cream and beat it until it'll become creamy and fluffy
Ne nje tas te madh shtiej ajken dhe rrihe deri sa te behet nje mase kremoze dhe me gezof
Add the chocolate measure in the whipping cream and stir good the measure 
Shto masen e cokollates ne ajken e rrahur dhe perziej mire se bashku
Put the measure in a big bowl with lid and let it frozen in the freezer for 4 hours 
Vendose masen ne nje tas te madh me kapak dhe lere te ngrije ne akull per 4 ore
